Gesichtsöl im Sommer?

Facial oil in summer?

Of course, we all know that the skin needs special protection in winter and therefore needs more moisture in the form of an extra portion of facial oil.

But in summer we sweat a lot and therefore we prefer a skincare product that is lighter and less rich - but does that mean that we should completely avoid our oily companions? Can you still use facial oil if you have oily skin and what does sensitive, sun-stressed skin have to say about it?

There is no need to worry for all fans of liquid gold. It is all a question of skin type, the type of oil used and the dosage. Scientific results show that oil can even repair sun damage and so we are clearly advocating for facial oils during the hot months.

Be careful with oily skin: In summer, the heat and sweat encourage the activity of the sebaceous glands, so the skin becomes oily and shiny more quickly and pores can become clogged. It is therefore important that you use a comodogenic oil, e.g. the Rescue Oil from Lovely Day or the Blue Beauty Drops from Raaw by Trice . Both oils even help to reduce impurities. The only thing to note is that you should use them sparingly in summer to avoid over-oiling the skin.
Everything that is particularly fun on vacation can also damage the skin. Chlorine, salt water, city heat and too much sun can not only dry out the skin but also cause discoloration and wrinkles. Facial oils can work wonders here as they support the skin in its regeneration. Whether pure or added drop by drop with your facial care - so-called dry oils such as the Perfecting Facial Oil from Nuori or the Rich Face Oil from Phytoessence are ideal as they are easily absorbed and do not leave a greasy film. Even if you have sensitive skin, you can use facial oil as it helps the skin to retain moisture and thus prevents irritation, itching and redness.

The motto is to use it sparingly. If you use your facial oil every day in winter, you should work your way up to the ideal dosage in summer. Every skin reacts differently and is exposed to harmful environmental influences to varying degrees. Get to know your skin, only you know best what it needs.
We wish you a fantastic summer with lots of radiant glow!

4. Rich Face Oil by PhytoEssence

Oil in skin care is essential to keep moisture in the cells. As we age, the fat in the skin decreases and the lack of water makes the signs of aging more visible.
The polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-6 and Omega-3 are crucial for the normal function and appearance of the skin.
The right combination of essential fatty acids plays an important role in the structural integrity and barrier function of the skin and regulates the inflammatory process of the skin and a deficiency of essential fatty acids or their imbalance makes the skin more susceptible to inflammation, dryness and wrinkles.

The luxurious "Rich Face Oil" is designed to restore the right balance of all essential fatty acids. It is a dry oil and is therefore quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. It prevents moisture from evaporating from the skin and helps to reduce the formation of wrinkles.
