      Application

      The mushroom should always be used on oiled skin, so there is no excessive friction but only a pleasant massage effect. In contrast to other Gua Sha stones, using the mushroom is very simple and intuitive. There is no specific technique to follow, which is why it is the ideal tool to get started, especially for Gua Sha 'newbies'. Ideally daily, at least three to many times a week to achieve good results.

      Step 1: Cleanse the skin gently but thoroughly to prepare it for the massage.
      Step 2: Provide your skin with sufficient moisture and valuable anti-aging ingredients. We recommend the favorite oil of your choice.
      Step 3: Massage your skin extensively with the Gua Sha Mushroom. Make sure that the skin is sufficiently oily so that the stone does not pull on it.
